Our Return and Refund Policy

"We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please inform us within 30 days of delivery. To receive a refund, be sure to provide us with the tracking number and return the item within two weeks of requesting the refund."

  • Refunds: If you wish to return a rug(s), please ensure that it is returned within 30 days of receiving it, and we will refund the original selling price to the original form of payment. The rug(s) must be in its original condition, packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns: We request our customers not to ship the rug(s) back without obtaining a Return Authorization Number and Return Location. We have multiple Warehouse locations, and we'll provide you with the appropriate return location per your order.

  • Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We can provide a return label or call tag with FedEx/UPS or LTLCarrier and the expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Final Sale Policy: Please note that all rugs in Clearance are sold as-is and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

  • Damages: Please inspect your rug(s) upon receiving them for any damages. Please notify the carrier before accepting the delivery if you encounter any damages.

  • Refunds: We will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned rug(s).

  • Exchange: We allow exchanges within 30 days of receiving your rug(s), excluding clearance items. Please notify us as soon as possible.
