When Will my order be shipped?

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, most in-stock items will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different delivery dates.

Are there any shipping fees?

All orders include free shipping, except for large furniture and oversized rugs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking code. This will allow you to monitor the status of your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you are unable to track your package after 48 hours, please contact us, and we will reach out to the shipping company for assistance.

Is a signature required?

Due to our insurance policy requirements, all orders are shipped with a signature required upon delivery. Kindly ensure that someone is available to accept the package.

What is the time frame for returns and exchanges?

If something doesn’t quite fit your vision, don’t worry! We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. However, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that we do not refund original shipping charges (if applicable).To initiate a return, please visit our CONTACT page. We will provide you with a return authorization number and the address of our dedicated warehouse for product returns. Purchases made with gift cards are eligible for store credit only.

Return and Exchange Requirements

All items must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, the customer is responsible for providing an equivalent packaging. Items must be in new condition—unused, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear. Please note that once lighting has been installed, it cannot be returned.

Undeliverable/Refused shipments

All undeliverable/refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as any associated shipping costs.

Canceling or Amending shipping Address

Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify the shipping address. For any changes to the address, please contact the carrier directly.

Shipping Locations: Where we ship

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous states. Please note that we cannot deliver items to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses.

What should you do if the package you received is damaged?

While we work diligently to ensure your item arrives in impeccable condition, occasional damages may occur during shipping. To safeguard your purchase, we highly recommend inspecting your item carefully before signing for delivery. If you spot any damages or defects, please document them on the receipt provided by the carrier. Moreover, it's essential to inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your item so we can promptly assist you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
