Refund policy

If something doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t worry! We happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, we do not refund the original shipping charges (if applicable).

To initiate a return, please visit our CONTACT US page. We will provide you with a return authorization number and the address of our dedicated warehouse for product returns. 

Please be aware that items marked as CUSTOM MADE or CLEARANCE are not eligible for return. Additionally, lighting products cannot be returned once they have been installed. Gift card purchases are only eligible for store credit.
